I provide my services to the best of my knowledge and belief. Should you nevertheless suffer detriment due to my services, that is adequately covered by my consequential loss and employer’s liability insurance.

2. Anonymous / pseudonymised use of the website

You can always visit our website without providing any personal data. Pseudonymised usage data are not linked with data relating to the user of the pseudonym. No pseudonymised usage profiles are created.

3. Special functions of the website
Our site offers you various functions where personal data will be collected, processed and stored when you use those functions. Below we explain what happens to those data:
• Contact form(s):
We will use the data gathered via our contact form or contact forms only for responding to enquiries which we receive via the contact form or contact forms. After we have responded to the enquiries the data collected will be deleted immediately unless any statutory retention periods apply.

We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary to allow us to fulfil our contractual obligations, in particular for the performance of a contract that we have concluded.
