Things don’t always go the way you want.

During my professional career I have often been faced with conflicting issues and have conducted various negotiations at executive level, in Germany and elsewhere. In that context I have developed high affinity with the position of a neutral negotiator and that prompted me to broaden my professional spectrum to include mediation. As a trained mediator I am able to “read” different agendas and reconcile them in the common interest. That applies both between employees, i.e. internally, and in the external relationship with outside third parties.
